stewart lee, for those that don't know, is an english comedian, who most recently has been getting himself in trouble as the director and co-writer of jerry springer, the opera. he also directed the pilot episode of the mighty boosh. before this, he did some fantastic work in the mid-to-late 90s with long time comedy partner richard herring. you can download many of there shows at the fist of fun lee and herring fan page. of there radio output, i particularly recommend lionel nimrod's inexplicable world, (with tom baker as the eponymous lionel) fist of fun and lee and herring's radio one music show. i was fortunate enough to see richard herring's solo show christ on a bike at the melbourne comedy festival a few years ago, and you can download a bootleg of the gig here as well.
if you can, check out the fist of fun tv show (2 series) and this morning with richard not judy (2 series). they're floating around the internet as torrents.
