Birthday Post

hello, world! it's me, db! i'm 32 years old today. that feels a bit weird. i didn't have any problems with turning 30, or 31, or 25, or any other age. but 32 feels weird. i can't be 32. i'm still 22, aren't i?

hmmm...

anyway, i've had a nice morning so far. i woke up covered in balloons and with a nixwilliams providing me with kisses, cake (well, iced scones) and tea. hooray! we popped over to A Minor Place for a birthday brunch, and managed to convince peace_bloom to leave her studies for an hour or so and join us. she got me a little cup cake with candles! and then drove us home.

i have been slowly making my way through my nano effort (3583 words! finished a prologue and chapter 1!)
